About the role
We are looking for enthusiastic Kitchen Helpers to join the food services team at Manthan International School. The role involves supporting the preparation and cooking of meals that meet menu plans and dietary requirements while maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment. Successful candidates will contribute to the wellbeing of students by ensuring high standards of hygiene and nutrition.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and cook meals according to menus and specific dietary needs.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness throughout the kitchen.
- Manage kitchen inventory and order supplies as required.
- Keep accurate records of food supplies and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a cook in an educational or institutional setting.
- Food safety certification is a plus.
Required skills
- Strong cooking and food preparation abilities.
- Knowledge of nutrition and dietary requirements.
- Excellent organizational and time management capabilities.
