Manager / Senior Manager – Process Industries

About the role

AVEVA is seeking a Manager or Senior Manager to lead a team of consultants delivering world‑class projects in AVEVA Unified Supply Chain, Process Optimization and Production Accounting. The role combines technical leadership with client engagement and project delivery across the process industries.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and mentor a team of engineers and consultants.
• Ensure the highest quality of work in customer engagements.
• Provide insights for product enhancements and new features.
• Manage customer interactions and overall project delivery.
• Drive end‑to‑end project lifecycle from pre‑sales to go‑live.
• Maintain KPIs for cost, schedule and quality on each delivery.

Required profile

• Minimum 17 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
• Hands‑on experience with process optimization or supply chain solutions.
• Consulting delivery‑lead experience, managing teams of at least five members.
• Strong understanding of project life‑cycle and value‑chain concepts.
