Manager, Product Quality

About the role

The Manager, Product Quality will lead the quality, integrity and continuous improvement of Sustainalytics' ESG products across their lifecycle. Working within the Quality & Transformation organization, you will partner with product, research, technology and client teams to embed quality governance and ensure that products meet the highest standards of accuracy, timeliness and reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Own and evolve the Product Quality framework for one or more ESG products.
• Define, monitor and report product‑quality KPIs, dashboards and scorecards.
• Conduct independent quality reviews of new features, releases and methodologies.
• Develop risk‑based quality assurance plans and perform post‑release assessments.
• Collaborate with technology and data teams to implement AI‑enabled quality controls and workflow automation.
• Lead root‑cause analysis and drive corrective and preventive actions.
• Standardise quality processes and strengthen the operating model through cross‑functional initiatives.

Required profile

• 7‑10 years of experience in product quality, quality assurance, product operations or product governance.
• Experience with financial data, ESG products or other complex data‑driven solutions.
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, governance and process improvement.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives and work with product, research, technology and operations teams.
