Credit Executive

About the role

The Credit Executive will support Vinmar Business Services by managing customer master data, assisting credit operations, and contributing to automation initiatives across the global credit function.

Key responsibilities

• Creating customer codes in SAP after verifying required documents and due diligence for global Vinmar group companies.
• Creating and updating customer master records.
• Providing primary backup support to the global Credit MIS.
• Supporting automation projects driven by the credit team on a global basis.
• Maintaining constant interaction with credit and marketing teams via phone or email regarding required documents and deliverables.
• Assisting with credit‑related tasks such as financial spread analysis for credit limit renewals and new customer onboarding.
• Supporting credit appraisal by preparing analytical statements that form the basis for internal ratings and credit limit assignments for overseas locations.

Required profile

• Initiative‑driven individual with a strong accounting foundation, eager to build a career in credit management.
• Understanding of commercial matters and basic knowledge of business models.
• At least 3 years of hands‑on experience in credit, accounting, or commercial roles, preferably with exposure to supply chain and international trade.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, detail‑oriented and organized, meeting assigned deadlines.
• Strong collaborative attitude, able to work with employees at all levels, management, and external agencies.
• Willingness to lead by example with a helping‑hands attitude.
