About the role
Netflix is seeking a creative marketer to lead 360° integrated campaigns for its film and series portfolio in India. Based in the Mumbai office, you will work closely with Content, Marcomms and other internal teams to shape culturally resonant campaigns that drive conversation and growth.
Key responsibilities
- Strategise, execute and manage end‑to‑end marketing campaigns for Netflix titles across paid, owned and earned media.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional partners to ensure alignment of creative, media and content strategies.
- Oversee multi‑million‑dollar media budgets, allocating spend across diverse channels and measuring performance.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external agencies, media partners and talent.
- Analyse audience data and market trends to optimise campaign effectiveness.
Required profile
- Proven track record of launching world‑class, 360° campaigns for premium entertainment or consumer brands.
- Strong blend of data‑driven strategic thinking and breakthrough creative vision.
- Deep understanding of Indian and global pop culture with a passion for film and series content.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, ambiguous environment while influencing internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
