About the role
The Retail Marketing Specialist will lead the strategy, planning and governance of new store launches and focus‑store programs across India. Working closely with regional marketing and sales teams, the role ensures consistent execution, speed to market and strong return on investment. This position reports to senior leadership and drives national‑level visibility and branding standards.
Key responsibilities
- Define pan‑India strategy, formats and guidelines for new store and focus‑store initiatives.
- Create standard launch frameworks and visibility norms for regional execution.
- Collaborate with regional teams to plan timelines, priorities and investment plans.
- Guide regions on store‑level visibility, branding mix and best‑practice implementation.
- Review regional execution, ensure compliance and drive performance corrections.
- Own budget logic, cost optimisation and vendor strategy at the national level.
- Track key performance indicators and present consolidated pan‑India performance to leadership.
Required profile
- 2‑5 years of experience in retail marketing, store launch or BTL strategy.
- Proven experience working with multi‑regional teams across India.
- Strong strategic, analytical and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
- Ability to define and govern national‑level programs and budgets.
- Excellent communication skills to influence and align cross‑functional teams.
