Manager – Debt Advisory (Corporate Finance)

About the role

PwC is seeking a Manager for its Debt Advisory practice in Mumbai. The role sits within the Deals Corporate Finance services and supports clients through complex transactions such as syndication, project finance, refinancing, and restructuring.

Key responsibilities

• Execute and supervise syndication, project finance advisory, refinancing and restructuring mandates from proposal formulation to credit approval and documentation.
• Lead financial appraisal, project appraisal and due‑diligence assignments independently.
• Develop and review complex financial models to support transaction decisions.
• Analyse balance sheets, profit and loss accounts and cash‑flow statements to provide actionable solutions for clients.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver end‑to‑end deal solutions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in corporate finance, debt advisory or related fields.
• Ability to manage full transaction cycles with minimal supervision.
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills for client interaction and internal coordination.
