Manager - Community Outreach Program

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Manager to lead our Community Outreach Program at Medanta Noida. The role focuses on positioning the hospital as the preferred healthcare destination by building strong relationships with physicians, public sector units, and the wider community.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organize and execute community‑based activities, health camps and OPD outreach initiatives.
• Collaborate with marketing, PR and communication teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Analyse performance of outreach programs and provide data‑driven recommendations.
• Develop and nurture relationships with physicians, referral doctors, customers and public officials.
• Coordinate with the sales team to stay updated on new services and promote them through outreach.
• Lead training and capacity‑building efforts for the community outreach team.
• Identify and secure new partnerships, tie‑ups and referral networks to increase patient footfall.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare marketing or related outreach roles.
• MBA with a specialization in marketing is an advantage.
• Proven strategic thinking, planning and data‑driven decision‑making abilities.
• Excellent networking, communication and negotiation skills.
