About the role

At PwC, the Tax Services team helps clients navigate complex tax regulations and optimise their tax positions. This role focuses on monitoring and interpreting tax legislation, providing guidance on regulatory changes, and supporting clients to stay compliant while adapting their tax strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Work with internal and external stakeholders to track pursuits and opportunities.
• Engage with prospective and existing customers to understand their needs.
• Showcase product and solution concepts through presentations, demos, and documentation.
• Leverage knowledge of various Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) technologies to advise clients.
• Create business cases, industry‑specific decks, and support proposal creation.
• Provide process consulting to align company processes with business objectives and optimise performance.
• Coordinate with process and technology owners to define technology requirements for assessment projects.
• Assist clients in developing process vision, strategy, and maturation plans.
• Maintain and update process documentation, including overviews, details, and flow diagrams.
• Recommend design and development improvements to standardise and redesign processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in tax regulatory or related advisory services.
• Strong stakeholder management and client‑facing skills.
• Ability to create compelling business cases and presentation materials.
• Experience in process consulting and aligning technology solutions with business goals.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
