Manager, Business Analytics

About the role

Altisource is seeking a Manager, Business Analytics to lead a small analytics team in Bengaluru. Reporting to the Vice President of Analytics and Strategy, you will work closely with product, technology and operations leaders to turn web and app data into actionable insights that improve the user experience across Hubzu.com and Equator.com.

Key responsibilities

• Lead discovery and execution of insights on customer behavior from web traffic data, influencing product and marketing strategies.
• Design and implement a data and reporting strategy, including data consolidation, validation, gap analysis and creation of executive dashboards.
• Drive reporting efficiency by ensuring timely data availability for business stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain advanced data models such as property recommendation engines and buyer suspension models.
• Plan, execute and analyse A/B tests from hypothesis generation to result presentation.
• Coordinate accurate tagging and tracking for website events, virtual page views, and marketing campaign metrics.
