About the role
The Manager – B2B Dealer Banker will lead the acquisition and relationship development of Bajaj Finance Ltd.'s CD dealers across key northern markets. You will drive growth of loan products, ensure portfolio quality and meet annual performance targets.
Key responsibilities
- Acquire new CD dealers and deepen existing relationships for products such as LAP, Flexi LAP, term loans, working‑capital lines, home loans and business loans.
- Cover northern regions including Delhi NCR, Chandigarh, Ludhiana, Jaipur and Calcutta.
- Deliver the annual operating plan by monitoring loan book size, credit quality, interest spreads and cross‑sell metrics.
- Develop and execute annual account plans for each dealer.
- Track, close exceptions and manage delinencies, taking proactive steps for early recovery.
Required profile
- CA or MBA in Finance with 5‑6 years of lending experience in SME or commercial banking (banks or NBFCs).
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently in a flat, non‑hierarchical team.
- High integrity, result‑orientation, problem‑solving ability and capacity to work under pressure.
