Management Trainee – Pre‑Sales (Freshers)

About the role

BrightChamps is seeking a Management Trainee for its Pre‑Sales team. The role involves engaging prospective parents, qualifying leads, and scheduling demo classes for the company’s global learning programs. It is ideal for recent graduates who enjoy fast‑paced, target‑driven sales environments.

Key responsibilities

• Contact prospective parents via phone and other channels to introduce BrightChamps programs and assess learning needs.
• Qualify leads based on interest, age group, program fit, and readiness for demo sessions.
• Schedule and coordinate demo classes according to parent availability and trainer slots.
• Explain program offerings, learning outcomes, and value proposition clearly and persuasively.
• Handle inbound inquiries, resolve basic questions, and ensure smooth hand‑off to sales or counseling teams.
• Maintain accurate lead details, follow‑up notes, and status updates in CRM tools.
• Follow up with interested leads to improve demo show‑up rates and support conversion goals.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and customer‑facing teams to deliver a seamless parent experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 0–1 years of experience in presales, inside sales, telesales, customer engagement, or ed‑tech sales support.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English with a clear speaking accent.
• Ability to multitask, manage follow‑ups, and thrive in a target‑driven environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Working knowledge of Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
• Basic computer literacy.
