Management Accounts – Senior Associate to Manager (Walk‑in Drive)

About the role

Vistra is seeking qualified finance professionals to join its Management Accounts team through a walk‑in drive. Positions are available at three levels – Senior Associate, Assistant/Deputy Manager and Manager – to support a range of accounting and reporting functions for global clients.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver multiple finance and accounting processes, including payments and disbursements, general ledger and sub‑ledger accounting, and A/R & A/P management.
• Prepare annual financial statements, monthly, quarterly and annual client reporting, and support statutory accounting and audit activities.
• Maintain issue logs, trackers and MIS; escalate matters promptly to senior leadership.
• Manage client portfolios, ensure SLA compliance, and provide volume‑related metrics and staffing forecasts.
• Act as subject‑matter expert on cross‑functional topics such as VAT, payroll tax and corporate tax.
• Develop succession plans, mentor team members and attend competency‑building trainings.

Required profile

• Fluency in written and spoken English with strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Senior Associate: Graduate/Post‑Graduate/MBA with 3‑6 years of relevant experience.
• Assistant/Deputy Manager: Inter‑CA/Post‑Graduate/MBA with 3‑6 years of experience.
• Manager: CA with 4‑6 years of experience, including 1‑2 years in a leadership role.
• KPO/BPO background preferred.

Required skills

• Knowledge of VAT, payroll tax and corporate tax regulations.
