Maintenance Engineer – Textile (Jaipur)

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our growing operations team in Jaipur. The role focuses on ensuring high machine availability and operational excellence within a textile/recycling environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance on production machinery.
• Handle motors, drives (VFD), control panels, and power distribution boards.
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and breakdown reports.
• Manage critical spare‑parts inventory.
• Achieve a minimum of 90% machine availability/OEE across production lines.

Required profile

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 2–5 years of hands‑on maintenance experience.
• Prior experience in the textile, recycling, or fibre‑processing industry is preferred.

Required skills

• Strong troubleshooting ability.
• Preventive and breakdown maintenance expertise.
• Motor and VFD handling.
• Control panel and power distribution board maintenance.
• Knowledge of industrial electrical and mechanical systems.
• Spare inventory management.
