Maintenance Engineer – Mechanical & Electrical

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer with expertise in both mechanical and electrical systems to support our production facility in Atgaon, Thane. The role involves hands‑on maintenance, fault diagnosis, and ensuring continuous operation of industrial equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance on mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Diagnose and rectify faults in motors, drives, wiring, and electrical panels.
• Handle basic electrical wiring, cable management, and routine machine upkeep.
• Monitor machine performance, minimize downtime, and maintain accurate maintenance records.
• Coordinate with production teams to provide timely maintenance support and follow safety procedures.

Required profile

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
• 3–5 years of maintenance experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Willingness to work on‑site at the Atgaon location.

Required skills

• Knowledge of electrical motors, drives, and cabling.
• Basic electrical wiring proficiency.
• Understanding of mechanical maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Ability to independently diagnose and resolve machine faults.
• Familiarity with industrial maintenance practices.
