Maintenance Electrician – Industrial Facility

About the role

Primacy Industries is seeking a Maintenance Electrician to ensure the reliable operation of electrical systems within its manufacturing facility in Karnataka, India. The role involves inspecting, maintaining, and repairing electrical equipment to minimise downtime and support continuous production.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose and repair electrical systems, panels, motors and production machinery.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance, including routine inspections, testing and documentation.
• Respond promptly to breakdowns to minimise production interruptions.
• Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to support continuous operations.
• Adhere to industrial safety standards, lockout/tagout procedures and safe handling practices.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and technical documentation.

Required profile

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Strong knowledge of electrical maintenance in an industrial environment.
• Experience in project coordination on brown‑field projects is an advantage.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing or production facility preferred.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
