Machine Operator

About the role

We are looking for a diligent Machine Operator to join our production floor in Jalgaon, Maharashtra. The role involves operating semi‑automated equipment, ensuring smooth production flow, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and control machine performance and settings.
• Perform regular checks, cleaning, and calibration of machines before production starts.
• Conduct performance and capacity tests on machines.
• Inspect machinery using appropriate tools.
• Feed raw materials into semi‑automated machines and support the assembly line.
• Identify and fix any issues or malfunctions that arise.
• Maintain an updated database of machine information, defective units, and final products.
• Check machine output and flag any quality concerns.
• Implement and uphold 5S standards in the work area.
• Authority to stop the machine when non‑conformities are detected.

Required profile

• Educational qualification: ITI.
• Reports to: Line Supervisor or Line Engineer.
• Ability to monitor, control, and troubleshoot machine operations.

Required skills

• Machine operation.
• Calibration of industrial equipment.
• Use of inspection tools.
• Knowledge of 5S workplace organization.
