Loss Prevention Associate

About the role

The Loss Prevention Associate will safeguard guests, associates and assets at a Marriott hotel in Jaipur. Working on‑site full‑time, you will monitor security systems, conduct patrols and support incident response to maintain a safe and welcoming environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform regular patrols of public areas, back‑of‑house spaces and restricted zones.
• Monitor CCTV cameras and access‑control systems to detect and deter security threats.
• Document and report incidents, assist with investigations and follow up on corrective actions.
• Collaborate with front‑office and operations teams on guest safety matters.
• Manage lost‑and‑found procedures and ensure compliance with hotel policies and local regulations.
• Participate in emergency response drills, safety training and risk‑assessment activities.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; security or safety certifications are a plus.
• Strong observation, situational awareness and attention to detail.
• Effective interpersonal and customer‑service skills for handling sensitive situations.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends and holidays.
