Loss and Prevention Executive

About the role

The Loss and Prevention Executive is responsible for safeguarding the property, guests, and employees by maintaining a secure environment and responding to safety incidents. This full‑time onsite position requires vigilant patrols, emergency preparedness, and strong interaction with guests and staff.

Key responsibilities

• Patrol all areas of the property, secure rooms and monitor access to restricted zones.
• Conduct emergency response drills, daily safety inspections, investigations and key‑control audits.
• Monitor CCTV and alarm systems, authorize and document access to secured areas.
• Assist guests and employees during emergencies, provide first aid/CPR, and coordinate with EMS when needed.
• Gather incident information, prepare confidential reports and maintain accurate records.
• Defuse disturbances, resolve safety hazards, handle complaints and escort unwelcome persons.
• Ensure compliance with alcoholic beverage control laws and other regulatory requirements.
• Support management in training, coaching and promoting a fair‑treatment culture.
