Logistics Specialist

About the role

Wishlink is looking for a Logistics Specialist to own the end‑to‑end logistics charter, from seller pickups through last‑mile delivery and reverse pickups. You will drive key order‑fulfilment KPIs and work closely with 3PL partners, the customer support team and internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless shopping experience for millions of users.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the complete logistics process, including seller pickups, first‑mile collection, last‑mile delivery and reverse logistics.
• Monitor and improve core KPIs such as delivery TAT, RTO, first‑attempt delivery conversion, NDR and reverse pickup performance.
• Collaborate with 3PL account managers to resolve operational issues and raise service levels.
• Work with the customer support team to address user queries related to shipments promptly.
• Analyse logistics data to identify bottlenecks and implement data‑driven optimisation initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in logistics or supply‑chain operations, preferably in an e‑commerce environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable improvements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced startup setting and manage multiple priorities.
