Logistics Associate – Order Fulfillment & Dispatch Coordination

About the role

We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Logistics Associate to manage end‑to‑end logistics operations across India. In this hands‑on position you will ensure smooth order processing, timely dispatches and efficient delivery for a fast‑paced direct‑to‑consumer business.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily order dispatches across marketplaces, the company website and B2B channels.
• Prepare and verify all shipment documentation, including invoices, e‑way bills and labels.
• Manage relationships with courier partners such as Delhivery and Blue Dart, scheduling pickups and monitoring performance.
• Track shipments, proactively resolve delivery delays, returns‑to‑origin (RTO) and escalations.
• Maintain accurate records and update shipment status in ERP systems and Excel trackers.
• Collaborate with internal teams for order processing, packaging and dispatch readiness.
• Handle reverse logistics, including returns, exchanges and damaged goods.
• Monitor service level agreements and work to improve delivery turnaround time.

Required profile

• Proactive, detail‑oriented and able to work independently in a fast‑moving environment.
• Strong execution skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience using ERP or similar logistics management systems.
