Locum Emergency Doctor (MBBS) – Delhi & NCR

About the role

Medicofix is seeking qualified MBBS doctors for locum emergency duties across hospitals in Delhi and the National Capital Region. This flexible, short‑term assignment allows you to work in high‑energy emergency departments while managing your own schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Assess and stabilize emergency patients promptly.
• Perform triage, acute care management, and necessary emergency procedures.
• Take detailed medical histories, conduct clinical examinations, and interpret investigations.
• Initiate appropriate treatment plans and support resuscitation efforts.
• Collaborate with nursing staff and specialists to ensure coordinated care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and adhere to hospital protocols.

Required profile

• MBBS degree from a recognized institution.
• Valid DMC registration (mandatory).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in an Emergency Department.
• Strong clinical decision‑making abilities in high‑pressure environments.
• Effective communication and documentation skills.

Required skills

• BLS (Basic Life Support) knowledge.
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) knowledge (preferred).
