About the role
KVT Legal is seeking a dedicated Litigation Advocate to join its Mumbai office. The role involves handling a variety of court matters while providing strategic, client‑focused legal advice.
Key responsibilities
- Manage family court cases and represent clients in magistrate courts.
- Appear before tribunals and handle high‑court matters.
- Draft legal documents, conduct research, and coordinate with clients.
- Maintain accurate case files and ensure compliance with procedural requirements.
Required profile
- Enrolled with the Bar Council of India.
- Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience.
- Disciplined, responsible, and eager to learn.
Required skills
- Strong command of legal drafting.
- Proficiency in court procedures and case management.
