About the role
Join the hospitality team at a leading hotel in Chennai as a Lifeguard. You will be the first line of safety for guests using the hotel’s swimming facilities, ensuring a secure and enjoyable environment while delivering consistent, high‑quality service.
Key responsibilities
- Continuously monitor the pool area to prevent accidents and respond promptly to emergencies.
- Enforce safety rules and provide guidance to guests on proper pool usage.
- Maintain pool equipment, cleaning tools, and safety devices in good working order.
- Conduct regular safety checks and report any maintenance issues to the facilities team.
- Deliver excellent customer service, assisting guests with inquiries and ensuring a pleasant experience.
Required profile
- Holder of an international lifeguard certification (gold).
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a fitness instructor or consultant.
