Lifeguard – Ensure Guest Safety at Hotel Pools

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Lifeguard to monitor our hotel pool areas, ensuring the safety and well‑being of all guests. You will be the first line of defence, maintaining a secure environment while delivering excellent service.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor pool zones and enforce safety rules to prevent accidents.
• Respond quickly to emergencies, performing water rescues when needed.
• Administer first aid and CPR to injured guests.
• Maintain a clean and safe pool environment, including regular equipment checks.
• Assist with basic pool maintenance tasks and report any issues.
• Interact professionally with guests, addressing concerns and educating them on water safety.
• Participate in ongoing training to keep lifeguarding skills up‑to‑date.

Required profile

• Strong commitment to guest safety and a proactive attitude.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and in a team‑oriented setting.
• Good communication skills and a friendly demeanor.

Required skills

• Certified CPR and First Aid.
• Proficiency in water rescue techniques.
• Experience with pool equipment inspection and basic maintenance.
