Legal Executive – Night Shift (US Timezone)

About the role

Infojini Consulting is looking for a detail‑oriented Legal Executive to join its Thane office. The role operates on a US night‑shift schedule, supporting global business operations by drafting, reviewing and negotiating a range of commercial contracts.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate SaaS agreements, Master Service Agreements, Statements of Work, NDAs and other commercial contracts.
• Ensure contracts comply with applicable laws, company policies and business requirements.
• Identify legal risks and propose practical mitigation solutions.
• Collaborate with sales, finance and operations teams to address contract‑related queries.
• Maintain a contract repository with proper version control and documentation.
• Assist with legal research and compliance activities as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB); LLM preferred.
• 3–6 years of experience in contract drafting and review, especially SaaS and service agreements.
• Strong understanding of contract law and commercial terms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, night‑shift environment.
