Legal Executive

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Legal Executive to support our internal teams with comprehensive legal services. The role involves drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of contracts while providing strategic advice on Indian law compliance across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, NDAs, LOIs, employment and consultancy agreements, and real‑estate documents.
• Provide strategic legal advice to internal stakeholders on the application of Indian laws to our services and operations.
• Support the HR team on employment‑law queries, policy reviews, and employee dispute resolution.
• Assist with cross‑border data‑privacy queries and inter‑company data‑processing agreements.
• Manage intellectual‑property matters, including trademarks, copyrights, and patents.
• Develop, update, and maintain policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Oversee dispute resolution, including legal notices, litigation, and arbitration.
• Identify legal risks in real‑estate transactions and negotiate contract terms.
• Ensure compliance with FEMA, secretarial, and corporate governance requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) with a strong academic record.
• 1‑3 years of relevant experience, preferably in a corporate law firm or industry setting.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
