Legal Counsel – Debt Recovery & Asset Enforcement

About the role

S3G Debt Management is seeking a full‑time Legal Counsel to join its Jaipur office. You will support the company’s debt recovery, asset acquisition and enforcement activities under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC) and SARFAESI Act, working closely with banks, insolvency professionals and corporate clients.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate legal documents, contracts, notices and pleadings.
• Prepare and manage case files for pre‑litigation and litigation matters.
• Advise internal teams on legal risks, compliance requirements and regulatory updates.
• Coordinate with banks, insolvency professionals and corporate clients to facilitate settlements and auction processes.
• Contribute to the development of internal legal policies and ensure alignment with result‑oriented strategies.

Required profile

• LL.B degree; LL.M or specialization in banking, insolvency or commercial law is an advantage.
• Demonstrated experience handling debt recovery, insolvency and asset enforcement matters.
• Hands‑on experience in drafting and reviewing legal documents and contracts.
• Strong analytical, research and problem‑solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Hindi proficiency is beneficial.
• Ability to work collaboratively on‑site in Jaipur while maintaining high ethical standards.
