Legal Consultant – Corporate Lawyer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Legal Consultant – Corporate Lawyer to provide strategic legal advice and support across a broad range of business matters. The role focuses on corporate law while also covering technology and non‑technology sectors, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation for the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct in‑depth legal research and analysis for technology and non‑technology sectors.
• Draft, review, negotiate, and structure contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Provide regulatory compliance guidance and ensure adherence to applicable laws.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate legal risks associated with transactions and strategic initiatives.
• Support dispute resolution through mediation, arbitration, and alternative mechanisms.
• Design, implement, and manage legal frameworks, policies, and processes.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to anticipate legal concerns and recommend solutions.
• Assist business teams in evaluating legal implications of new initiatives, partnerships, and investments.

Required profile

• Full‑time 3‑year LLB from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in legal consulting, corporate law, or in‑house legal roles.
• Strong expertise in corporate law, contract law, and regulatory compliance.
• Proven ability to handle complex legal matters and deliver practical solutions.
• Excellent legal research and analytical capabilities.
