Learning & Development Trainer – Amazon Fulfillment Center

About the role

Amazon is seeking a Learning & Development Trainer to support rapid L&D initiatives across its 3P network in fulfillment center operations. The trainer will deliver hands‑on training, monitor associate development, and ensure learning readiness across multiple sites.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive training for receiving, stowing, picking, packing, and shipping processes.
• Train associates on equipment operation, including RF scanners, forklifts, pallet jacks, and walkie‑riders.
• Maintain expertise in production processes to provide real‑world, up‑to‑date training.
• Perform warehouse functions as needed, such as order picking, packing, shipping, and troubleshooting operational issues.
• Lead safety briefings, conduct quality audits, provide real‑time coaching, and document training activities.
• Manage training‑related escalations, coordinate with site operations, and own projects to resolve problems.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience delivering regional training in a fulfillment or warehouse environment.
• Proven ability to identify learning needs, improve content, and design skill‑building solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, both internal and external.
• Ability to adapt flexibly to various operational roles and maintain high safety, quality, and production standards.
