Learning and Development Manager

About the role

We are a fast‑growing B2B travel‑tech startup looking for a Learning and Development Manager to shape our talent development strategy. You will partner with founders and department heads to build a high‑impact learning ecosystem that supports our rapid expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement L&D strategies aligned with business goals and growth trajectory.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify skill gaps and training needs.
• Plan, deliver and facilitate interactive training sessions for employees at all levels.
• Maintain records of training progress and evaluate effectiveness for continuous improvement.
• Develop comprehensive onboarding programs that immerse new hires in company culture and processes.

Required profile

• Ethical, hardworking mindset with a passion for startups.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Learning and Development.
• Strong academic background or proven track record of outperforming in previous roles.
• Prior experience in a startup environment is preferred.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast‑paced setting.
