Learning & Development Manager

About the role

We are a fast‑growing B2B travel‑tech startup looking for a Learning & Development Manager to design and deliver training programs that support our business goals and rapid expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement L&D strategies aligned with company objectives and growth trajectory.
• Partner with department heads to identify skill gaps and training needs.
• Design, facilitate and evaluate interactive training sessions for employees at all levels.
• Create and maintain onboarding programs that immerse new hires in our culture and processes.
• Track and report on employee training progress to drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with HR, Operations and leadership to ensure training initiatives support overall business goals.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Learning & Development or related HR functions.
• Demonstrated ability to design effective training programs and measure impact.
• Startup mindset – ethical, hardworking and passionate about fast‑paced environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Preferably prior experience in a startup or high‑growth company.
