Human Resource Manager

About the role

The Human Resource Manager will join the property HR support team in Pune, overseeing daily HR operations such as recruitment, total compensation, and employee development. The role ensures HR services meet employee needs, support business success, and comply with all applicable laws and procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment and hiring process, including candidate sourcing, interview coordination, job fair participation, and vendor partnerships.
• Administer employee benefits and handle unemployment claims, preparing reports and representing the property at hearings.
• Lead employee development initiatives, including orientation programs, cross‑training, and ongoing training delivery.
• Provide HR expertise to property managers on selection procedures and ensure quality control of candidate selection.
• Maintain compliance with HR policies, regulations, and standard operating procedures.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED with at least 3 years of HR or related experience, OR a 2‑year degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field with at least 1 year of experience.
• Demonstrated ability to manage recruitment, benefits administration, and employee development activities.
• Strong communication and organizational skills, with a focus on delivering quality HR services.
