Lead, Preventive Healthcare Division (MD/MBBS)

About the role

Balance Nutrition is building the next generation of preventive healthcare by merging clinical medicine, diagnostics, nutrition, and digital technology. We are seeking an experienced MBBS or MD professional to lead our Preventive Healthcare Division and shape innovative, scalable health solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the creation and growth of the Preventive Healthcare Division.
• Design and improve digital clinical tools, health trackers, and patient monitoring systems.
• Develop preventive health packages and diagnostic panels in partnership with laboratories.
• Form evidence‑based clinical protocols that integrate diagnostics, nutrition, lifestyle, and medical interventions.
• Establish strategic collaborations with hospitals, OPD clinics, diagnostic centres, physicians, and other healthcare institutions.
• Work with cross‑functional teams to launch digital health products and preventive care solutions.
• Drive research, innovation, and continuous improvement of preventive programs.
• Stay current with emerging medical research, clinical guidelines, and health‑tech advancements.

Required profile

• Medical degree (MBBS or MD) – mandatory.
• Strong interest in preventive medicine, lifestyle disease management, and digital health.
• Good understanding of diagnostics, clinical decision‑making, and evidence‑based medicine.
• Passion for healthcare innovation and building scalable solutions.
• Excellent collaboration, communication, and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Experience with hospitals, OPD clinics, diagnostic centres, healthcare startups, or preventive health programs is a plus.
