Lead Brand Marketing

About the role

The Lead Brand Marketing role will shape and execute the brand’s strategy, communication plan and go‑to‑market initiatives across all consumer touchpoints. Reporting to senior leadership, the role partners with retail, digital, merchandising and agency teams to deliver integrated campaigns that drive brand awareness and business impact.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement brand communication strategy, maintaining visual identity and tone across retail, digital, social, PR, CRM, influencer and e‑commerce channels.
• Conduct competitive benchmarking and strategic analysis to align brand positioning with market trends and partner guidelines.
• Lead GTM planning and execution for product launches, campaigns and collaborations, coordinating online and offline activation.
• Guide creative development, overseeing digital campaigns, video production, social content, in‑store branding and influencer collaborations.
• Manage cross‑functional marketing projects, creating project plans, workflows and governance with Marketing, Buying, E‑commerce, Retail Operations, CRM, Design, Finance and Leadership.
• Oversee agency and partner relationships, providing briefs, evaluating concepts and monitoring performance against KPIs, timelines and budgets.

Required profile

• 12–15 years of experience in brand communication, marketing or corporate communication.
• Proven track record in integrated marketing and GTM strategy, preferably within retail, fashion, beauty, luxury or lifestyle sectors.
• Strong cross‑functional project management and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• MBA in Marketing, Communications, Fashion Management or related master’s degree preferred.
