About the role
Myntra is seeking a Lead Associate – Planning to own and drive the planning process across the organization. You will develop short‑term and long‑term plans, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and ensure resources are optimally allocated to meet business objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the end‑to‑end planning cycle, creating both short‑term and long‑term plans.
- Gather and analyse data from internal teams and market trends to identify opportunities and risks.
- Develop OTB (Open‑to‑Buy) and assortment plans for seasonal buying cycles.
- Coordinate with category teams to align plans with business goals.
- Monitor plan execution, adjust as needed, and report outcomes to senior management.
- Prepare presentations and reports that communicate planning strategies and results.
Required profile
- 3 to 9 years of experience in a planning‑related role.
- Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills to work with diverse stakeholders.
