Lead Assistant Manager – Physician Reviewer

About the role

We are seeking a Lead Assistant Manager to join our physician review team. The role involves reviewing clinical information and medical records, summarising relevant data according to established guidelines, and ensuring high‑quality output.

Key responsibilities

• Review clinical information and medical records and produce concise summaries based on set criteria.
• Maintain and update reports as required, meeting productivity and quality targets.
• Work within defined timelines, obtaining necessary sign‑offs from stakeholders.
• Participate in meetings and calls, providing updates and collaborating with the program/project manager.
• Work both independently and as part of a team, adhering to company compliance, information security, and regulatory policies.

Required profile

• MBBS (India) or MD (foreign medical graduate); MCI license preferred but not mandatory.
• Minimum 3‑5 years of clinical experience, preferably in a review or auditing role.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• High personal and professional ethics, analytical mindset, and problem‑identification abilities.
• Availability for meetings/calls and ability to work remotely with a reliable broadband connection.
