Lead Analyst SAP MM/WM (Team Leader) – 9-12+ yrs

About the role

We are seeking a Lead Analyst SAP MM/WM (Team Leader) to drive end‑to‑end SAP Material Management and Warehouse Management initiatives for a global manufacturing client. The role involves leading implementation projects, configuring solutions, and supporting ongoing operations in Chennai.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full‑lifecycle SAP MM and WM implementation projects (2‑3 projects).
• Configure, test, and document SAP MM/WM solutions, including integration with SD, PP, FICO, QM and WM modules.
• Manage change requests, interface development, IDOC handling and inter‑company procurement processes.
• Provide functional support, troubleshooting, and user training to global business users.
• Coordinate with stakeholders across procurement, supply chain, inventory and warehouse operations.
• Oversee project timelines, deliverables and quality standards in a global manufacturing environment.

Required profile

• 9–12+ years of experience in SAP MM/WM, with 2–3 years focused on material and warehouse management.
• At least two full‑lifecycle SAP MM/WM implementations.
• Strong background in Procure‑to‑Pay, vendor management, supply‑chain and inventory processes.
• Hands‑on experience in configuration, support, testing, documentation and user training.
• Experience working in global manufacturing settings and managing stakeholder communications.
