Laundry Valet – Hotel Linen Services

About the role

Join Hilton’s hotel team as a Laundry Valet and play a key part in delivering exceptional hospitality. You will ensure that all linens, towels, and textiles are clean, well‑maintained, and ready for guest use, contributing to memorable stays.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, sort, wash, dry, iron, fold, and deliver clean linens and towels.
• Maintain laundry machines and work areas in a clean, safe, and functional condition.
• Monitor inventory levels of linens and laundry supplies, restocking as needed.
• Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests related to laundry services.

Required profile

• Passion for hospitality and delivering a warm guest experience.
• Prior experience in laundry or housekeeping.
• Physical stamina to lift heavy items and stand for extended periods.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of laundry equipment operation and chemicals.
