About the role

We are looking for licensed practical nurses to join our home‑care teams in Helsinki. You will support clients in their own homes, helping them maintain independence and a good quality of life while developing your own professional skills.

Key responsibilities

• Support clients' functional ability and rehabilitation.
• Provide basic care and assistance with daily activities.
• Administer medication, perform wound care and other nursing tasks.
• Document all actions in the Apotti client information system.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and relatives.
• Travel to clients’ homes on foot, bicycle, car or public transport.

Required profile

• Licensed practical nurse (lähihoitaja).
• Available for morning and evening shifts (7:00‑21:30) and weekends.
• Capable of working independently and responsibly in clients’ homes.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Commitment to long‑term development in home‑care nursing.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Apotti client information system.
