L2 Administrator (MongoDB)

About the role
The L2 Administrator will support the IT operations team by triaging priority incidents, handling software and hardware service requests, and ensuring service level agreements are met. This position is part of Wipro’s digital transformation services and requires a focus on timely resolution and accurate documentation.
Key responsibilities
- Perform initial triage of priority (P3) incident tickets, document actions and follow defined SLA and escalation procedures.
- Track and assist in the resolution of software, hardware and network service requests, ensuring they are logged and completed within established timelines.
- Monitor SLA timelines for the full lifecycle of priority incidents and raise escalations for potential breaches.
- Assist in creating and executing change requests related to resolved incident tickets.
Required profile
- 1‑3 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or a related field.
- Understanding of incident management processes and SLA monitoring.
