Senior Business Process & Solution Architect

About the role

The Planning Solution Architect will be the technical and functional visionary for Colgate‑Palmolive’s global supply‑chain planning landscape. You will design an end‑to‑end planning architecture that integrates demand, supply, inventory and S&OP processes and lead the transition from legacy SAP APO to modern platforms such as Kinaxis Maestro.

Key responsibilities

• Design target‑state architecture for global planning, defining migration or co‑existence strategies between SAP APO, SAP IBP and Kinaxis Maestro.
• Integrate demand, supply, inventory and S&OP processes to enable concurrent planning and real‑time “what‑if” scenario analysis.
• Lead selection and configuration of planning engines, including heuristics, linear‑programming optimizers and statistical forecasting models.
• Define master‑data strategy (materials, locations, BOMs, routing) and ensure seamless data flow with ERP systems such as SAP S/4HANA or ECC.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in supply‑chain planning IT, with at least 5 years as a solution architect.
• Proven track record of delivering at least two global implementations that integrate Kinaxis or SAP IBP with legacy SAP landscapes.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply‑Chain Management, Operations Research, Industrial Engineering or IT.
• Kinaxis Certified Author/Architect and/or SAP IBP Professional certification.
