Kitchen Helper

About the role

We are looking for an energetic Kitchen Helper to join our high‑volume cloud kitchen team. The role involves preparing meals, maintaining hygiene standards, and ensuring orders are packaged accurately for delivery. If you enjoy fast‑paced food environments and take pride in quality, this position is for you.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and cook ingredients according to menu specifications, following standard recipes.
• Operate grills, fryers, ovens and other kitchen equipment safely.
• Package meals neatly, verify order accuracy and maintain temperature control before dispatch.
• Clean and sanitize workstations regularly, adhering to FIFO, labeling and storage rules.
• Assist with inventory checks and stock organization.

Required profile

• Prior experience in a cloud kitchen, QSR or restaurant environment (preferred).
• Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP/ServSafe a plus).
• Ability to multitask, stay calm under pressure and work well in a team.
• Attention to detail and a positive attitude.

Required skills

• Food safety knowledge (HACCP, ServSafe).
• Operation of grills, fryers and ovens.
