About the role

You will focus on growing and developing existing clients while generating new business in the food ingredients, flavours and fragrance sectors. The role requires a proactive approach to identify, implement and execute sales strategies tailored to the Bangalore and South Indian markets.

Key responsibilities

  • Grow and develop existing client relationships in the food ingredients, flavours and fragrance sectors.
  • Identify and acquire new business opportunities by implementing targeted sales strategies.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the Bangalore and South Indian market dynamics to tailor solutions.
  • Manage and expand key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

Required profile

  • B.Tech in Food Technology or related field.
  • 5–8 years of B2B sales experience, preferably within food ingredients, flavours or fragrance industry.
  • Proven track record of handling key and institutional accounts.
  • Strong ownership mindset, result‑oriented and resilient.
