About the role
The company is seeking a dynamic Key Account Manager to lead and expand its hospitality portfolio. You will be responsible for managing relationships with luxury and premium hotel clients, driving revenue growth and ensuring exceptional service delivery across assigned regions.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and nurture relationships with key hotel accounts (5‑star, luxury and premium properties).
- Identify, acquire and onboard new hotel clients within the designated territory.
- Drive sales targets and revenue growth through existing and new accounts.
- Coordinate with production, logistics and marketing teams to guarantee timely order fulfilment and client satisfaction.
- Conduct regular client meetings, presentations and product demonstrations.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer needs to uncover growth opportunities.
- Lead negotiations, pricing discussions and contract closures.
Required profile
- 2–6 years of experience in key account management or sales, preferably in hospitality, FMCG or HoReCa.
- Strong network or proven experience working with hotels and the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
- Target‑driven, self‑motivated and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
- Willingness to travel as required by the business.
