About the role

Webvillee is seeking a proactive, client‑focused Account Manager to serve as the main point of contact for its enterprise‑grade software clients. The role involves building strong relationships, coordinating project delivery with internal teams, and identifying opportunities to increase client satisfaction and business growth.

Key responsibilities

Manage and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients.
Act as the primary point of contact for client communication.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely project delivery.
Understand client requirements and provide effective solutions.
Track project progress and share regular updates with clients.
Resolve client concerns and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Identify opportunities to grow existing client accounts.
Maintain accurate client records and prepare reports.

Required profile

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in Account Management, Client Servicing, or a similar role.

Required skills

Proficiency in MS Office.
Experience with CRM tools.
