Key Account Manager – Government Sales

About the role
Jio is looking for an experienced Key Account Manager to lead government sales across strategic accounts. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing key relationships, and ensuring seamless delivery of telecom solutions to public sector clients.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic account plans for government customers, identifying upsell and cross‑sell opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as the primary point of contact for escalations and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with Service Delivery, Finance, Marketing and other functions to guarantee a smooth customer experience.
- Monitor customer satisfaction metrics, conduct surveys, and implement improvements to service delivery.
- Achieve incremental revenue through new customer acquisition and product penetration, while managing churn and ensuring contract compliance.
- Oversee project delivery timelines, SLA adherence, and billing collections with zero disputes.
Required profile
- 5‑12 years of B2B sales experience, with at least 5 years managing strategic and government accounts.
- Graduation or post‑graduation degree.
- Willingness to work from Navi Mumbai or Delhi.
Required skills
- Strong knowledge of the telecom industry and its product portfolio.
- Proven expertise in key account management and B2B sales.
- Customer‑focused mindset with excellent problem‑solving abilities.
- Effective collaboration and relationship‑building skills across cross‑functional teams.
