Key Account Manager – Distribution (Taste)

About the role

Join IFF’s Taste division as a Key Account Manager focused on distribution. Based in Vijayawada with a hybrid work model, you will drive growth for our flavor and food ingredient portfolio by building strong relationships with distributors and key decision‑makers.

Key responsibilities

• Map and segment target accounts, identifying key stakeholders and decision‑makers.
• Lead project management activities across proactive, reactive, defensive, and maintenance phases.
• Collaborate with IC&D and category marketing to align on market insights and growth initiatives.
• Partner with CSMs, GPMs and pricing officers to implement pricing actions and improve margins.
• Provide accurate forecasts to ensure seamless order execution.
• Drive healthy margins across the portfolio while maintaining 100% compliance with company ethics and culture.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Food Science or an MBA.
• Minimum 5 years of sales or commercial experience in flavours, food ingredients, food & beverage or FMCG.
• Proven experience in customer engagement and distributor management.
• Strong commercial and technical acumen to identify needs and propose optimized solutions.
• Excellent communication skills in Telugu and willingness to travel extensively.
