We are seeking an energetic Sales Executive to join our growing team in Chennai. The role focuses on engaging potential customers through real‑time chat, understanding their needs, and promoting our VoIP solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Engage with prospects via live chat to generate sales opportunities.
- Analyse client requirements and present appropriate VoIP products and services.
- Maintain accurate records and conduct follow‑ups using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide pricing information and activate services.
- Stay informed about basic telecom concepts and modern sales techniques.
Required profile
