Junior Technician - Maintenance Utility

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Technician to support the maintenance of utility equipment at our Jhagadia plant. You will work under supervision to ensure that all equipment operates safely and efficiently, contributing to the smooth running of our chemical production processes.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining and repairing equipment and appliances following detailed instructions.
• Support the installation of new equipment and appliances.
• Perform standard site management tasks and respond to clear work requests.
• Help uphold quality standards and comply with internal and external regulatory codes.
• Follow mandatory safety and environmental procedures, including the use of personal protective equipment.

Required profile

• ITI (Fitter) qualification with a minimum of 5 years experience in the chemical industry.
• Ability to work under supervision at an elementary level, planning and organizing tasks to meet production objectives.
• Understanding of basic safety systems and regulatory compliance.
• Willingness to follow documented procedures and report on activities.
